Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returned Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Once you have received your RA number, please securely package the Product and ship it back to us within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

 

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned Product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged Product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. We will ship a replacement Product to you free of charge once we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your return or replacement.

 

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective Products at our discretion. Any restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
